Clivet S.p.A. has had a traditional governance system over the years. The Board of Directors, the Board of Statutory Auditors and the Shareholders' Meeting make up the corporate bodies, to which can be added also the Supervisory Body (pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001) and the Ethics Committee/ Channel Manager.

Governance model
The will to act ethically and in compliance with the regulations is one of the principles of our way of doing business and has led us, among other things, to adopt Model 231 and the code of ethics.
The Supervisory Body has autonomous powers of initiative and control over the correct
application of the organisational model and the code of ethics
We have also decided to implement an Integrated Management System (IMS) for the management of Quality, Environment, Health & Safety issues. This system is compliant and certified according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
As of 2023 and with reference to 2022, we have also certified our greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, in accordance with ISO 14064-1.
Furthermore, our products are certified according to the most qualified industry standards.
Risk management
We effectively address potential risks through Model 231 and the Integrated Management System (IMS) relating to quality, safety and the environment.Model 231 and the Supervisory Body guarantee a structured system of controls for reducing the risk of committing crimes and offences through monitoring actions and preventive measures. At the same time, the Integrated Management System allows us to monitor and assess risks related to quality, safety and the environment.
